Designed by Morten Gøttler in 1997, the MG501 Cuba Chair captures contemporary design with its ideal balance of form and function, and nods to previous masters who experimented with elevating the folding chair concept. This folding teak lounge chair is ideal as an extra or permanent fixture. Its light and foldable frame can easily be hung on a wall for convenient storage. Meanwhile, the chair has all the elegance of a sculpture with its natural materials, flat-weave outdoor rope webbing and evident craftsmanship. In short, it beautifully embodies the concept of complex simplicity.

Solid wood. FSC™-certified Teak, Untreated, Flat rope. Only available with a special flat-weave outdoor rope in Charcoal 1402 or Sesame 083. Please note: Cuba chair is also available in a cotton webbing version and a paper cord version.
