Inspired by bicycle design, Marcel Breuer experimented with bent tubular steel frames for furniture construction, creating the Laccio nesting tables as a complement to his Bauhaus Wassily Chair. Breuer’s use of tubular steel to define lines in space, beautifully exhibited in these simple nesting tables, revolutionized furniture construction and inspired many subsequent generations of designers. The Laccio Tables are available as a side or coffee table in a range of top and base finishes.

Materials:

Top is a durable satin finish plastic laminate over MDF core. Top finish options are white, black or red. Frame is a seamless 1" diameter tubular steel with polished chrome or ultra-matte powder coated finish. Four plastic glides snap into predrilled holes to protect floors. An original Marcel Breuer design, the frame is stamped with the Knoll logo and designer's signature, ensuring lifetime authentication.
