Calendar candles are for many people a fixed tradition in December where you feel the coziness at home. The tradition relates to a lot of joy, and with butterflies in the stomach as you count the days til Christmas eve. The flame of the candle creates a magical feeling in a peaceful time together with your loved ones. Ester & Erik’s calendar candles come in two colourways with gold detailing. It is elegant on its own, but it also sits beautifully on a candle plate or many other surfaces, for example a piece of glass or a piece of marble – anything is possible, because no candle holder is required.

Materials:
Choose from Ivory or Deep Wine finishes. Burn time is 99 hours. The candle is made of 100% pure fragrance-free paraffin wax from Europe’s leading producer. The candle is produced in Denmark, and the wick is made of 100% cotton. We recommend using a candle extinguisher to extinguish the candle. This avoids smoke, and ensures that the candle is completely extinguished, thus preventing the wick from smouldering. A candle extinguisher will completely extinguish the burning wick, so the wick remains intact. To ensure that the candle burns in the best possible way, we recommend keeping the wick short, placing candles min. 4" apart, and avoiding placing candles in draughts or above a radiator.
