Michael Anastassiades for FLOS - 2014

Cypriot designer Michael Anastassiades has created an elegant, poetic light with his IC series for Flos. The series was inspired by the mesmerizing movements of jugglers with “spinning spheres moving around, and they are spinning so perfectly, you can’t even see them move — it looks perfectly balanced and perfectly still.” Michael wanted to capture that movement and the result is a delicate blown glass globe balanced perfectly on a metal stand. The IC pendant lights are available in two different sizes and three different finishes.

Blown glass opal diffuser with frame in brass, black, or chromed steel. S1 Pendant 5W G9 100-130V 2700K bulb sold separately. S2 pendant LED 15W E26 T38 LED 2700K 2000lm bulb sold separately. 157" black cord.
